Job description
FOX Rehabilitation, a clinician-owned leader in geriatric care, is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services to older adults. In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and focus on improving mobility, function, and quality of life. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, maintain accurate documentation, and educate patients, caregivers, and families.
