nPosition: Physical Therapist - Outpatient
nLocation: 12 Troy Rd. Delaware, OH 43015
nType of Employment: Full-time
nSchedule: Monday/Wednesday (8am-2pm), Tuesday/Thursday (8am-7pm), Friday (7am-4pm)
nCompensation: $75,000 - $110,000, annually, based on years of experience
nIncentives: Up to $15,000 Bonus and Student Debt Benefit ($350 monthly tuition assistance)

n nResponsibilities
nnnComplete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
n
nnEvaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
n
nnMaintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
n
nnAttend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
n
n nQualifications
nnnDegree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
n
nnCurrent State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
n
nnCPR certification
n
