Overview
nPosition: Physical Therapist - Outpatient
nLocation: 401 15th St SE DeMotte IN 46310
nSchedule: Monday-Friday two evenings per week
nCompensation: starting at $76,000 annual base commensurate with experience
nIncentives: potential for $5000 sign on bonus and student relief program

n nResponsibilities
nnnComplete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
n
nnEvaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
n
nnMaintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
n
nnAttend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
n
n nQualifications
nMinimum Qualifications:
nnnDegree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
n
nnCurrent state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
n
nnOutpatient clinical rotation if a current student
n
nnOutpatient experience in the last 5 years if a practicing clinician
n
nnCPR certification
n
