Desert View provides safe and competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. We provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. The concepts of Patient Centered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care. Job Description
Responsible for providing a comprehensive evaluation of performance components affecting functional mobility and providing goal-oriented treatment to facilitate maximum level of independence
Qualifications
Education
Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy from a university program satisfying the APTA academic and intern requirements for competence.
License/Certification
Nevada State Licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist. Current BLS certification.
Other Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
