Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based care for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this on-site role, you’ll evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized treatment focused on mobility, safety, and meaningful functional outcomes.
