Physical Therapist
$80,000-$98,000/year + productivity incentives - up to $5,000 sign on bonus - student loan repayment - 4% match for 401k – AI clinical documentation

Join our flagship team in Apex. Our Apex clinic has served this community for nearly 20 years, treating post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injury recovery, and a broad outpatient orthopedic caseload. As BreakThrough's headquarters location, you'll be joining a team deeply connected to the culture and growth pathways that define who we are as a company.
A patient population as varied as your skill set. You'll treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgery, sports injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and chronic pain, alongside patients seeking relief from headaches and neck pain. Our team also includes a dedicated Pelvic Health Specialist, giving the clinic real depth beyond general orthopedics.
A full toolkit to treat them well. Services at this location include blood flow restriction training, dry needling, manual physical therapy, and chronic pain therapy supported by virtual reality technology — giving you the tools to treat a broad caseload with evidence-based, modern approaches.

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive outpatient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
Track progress using objective outcome measures and adjust care plans accordingly
Collaborate with a team of experienced clinicians across specialties
Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT), or eligible for NC licensure
Experience or interest in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
CPR and First Aid Certification required
