Job description
FOX Rehabilitation seeks a Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based geriatric rehabilitation to older adults in their homes and senior living communities. In this full-time role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, create functional treatment plans, and deliver patient-centered care focused on mobility, balance, and fall prevention.
