Responsibilities:
Plan, provide, and coordinate all aspects of direct patient care, ensuring adherence to clinic and departmental policies and procedures.
Maintain the highest standards of quality care in a safe environment, working collaboratively with other patient team personnel.
Assume responsibility for the delivery of physical therapy services provided by Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs/Aides, utilizing independent judgment.
Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist
