Shifts: Day shift, 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday

This role involves providing top-notch care to various ortho cases such as hips and knees, as well as cardiac rehab, across several counties. Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist Provide thorough patient assessments to determine and develop appropriate treatment plans
Conduct treatment sessions aimed at maximizing patient independence and recovery
Document patient progress and responses using Epic system
Collaborate with PTAs and healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
Requirements of the Physical Therapist Valid Physical Therapy license to practice in the state of WV
BLS certification
