Overview
nPosition: Physical Therapist - Outpatient- Elk River
nLocation: 8540 Quadray Ave. NE Otsego MN 55330
nSchedule: Monday- Friday 7:00a.m.-6:00p.m. (8 hour shifts)
nCompensation: starting at $75,000- $90,000 annual base pending experience

n nResponsibilities
nnnComplete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
n
nnEvaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
n
nnMaintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
n
nnAttend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
n
n nQualifications
nMinimum Qualifications:
nnnGraduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school
n
nnOutpatient Clinical Rotation if current student
n
nnOutpatient experience in the last 5 years if practicing clinician
n
nnValid State Physical Therapist License
n
nnCPR certification
n
