As a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant you'll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to clinical excellence, professional development and delivering high quality patient care that helps restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities for patients experiencing injuries or disease.This role is full time and will work 40 hours per week (days).Competitive Compensation - Hourly rate starting at $ 29.85/hr + $5,000 Sign On BonusFull Benefits - Medical, Dental & Vision from Day OneContinued Growth & Mentorship PathsContinuous Learning, CoveredRetirement Savings from Day OnePlus Tuition ReimbursementQuality over QuotasPhysical & Mental Well-Being ProgramsOur Physical Therapy Assistants are key members of the care team, helping patients restore function, improve mobility, and enhance quality of life under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.Provide direct physical therapy interventions to support patient recovery and outcomes.Assist with treatment planning, documentation, and communication of patient progress.Collaborate with patients and the care team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.Maintain a safe, efficient therapy environment following established protocols.Graduation from accredited Physical Therapy Assistant ProgramCurrent State Licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant requiredBLS/CPR Certification requiredWhile 1 year of direct patient care experience in a rehabilitation hospital is preferred; new grads are encouraged to apply.A significant amount of standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling, often for prolonged periods of time.Both gross and precise motor functions.Lifting/exerting of up to 50 lbs.Possible exposure to bodily fluids.Visual acuity required for patient assessment and documentation of care.Acute hearing required for accurate patient assessment.Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment and computer keyboard.
