Job description

Emory Orthopaedics & Spine Center

Advance your career at Emory Orthopaedics & Spine Center in Brookhaven, where you'll provide top-tier patient care in a collaborative, state-of-the-art environment—inside the brand-new, 180,000 sq. ft. LEED-certified Emory Musculoskeletal Institute designed for innovation and growth.

This is a dynamic outpatient orthopedic clinic specializing in neck and back care, built for physical therapists who value hands-on treatment and clinical excellence. We're looking for skilled manual therapists with training and certification in trigger point dry needling (TDN) who want the time and support to truly treat—not rush. With an average of just 11 patients per day and a very low volume of workers' comp and MVA cases, you'll enjoy a focused caseload and meaningful patient connections.

At Confluent Health and our family of affiliated brands, physical therapists practice in an environment built for high quality care, professional growth, and sustainable careers. We support clinicians with innovative tools, strong mentorship, and clear development pathways.

What we offer:

Student loan repayment program. We pay your lender monthly! IRS approved. Value increases after two years of employment!

Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.

A care model designed to support quality outcomes and efficiency.

AI clinical documentation support, built to significantly reduce after hours charting – so work stays at work.

Structured mentorship and career development.

Industry-leading continuing education through Evidence in Motion (EIM) including board certification support.

$1,200 annual continuing education budget for full-time employees with 40 hours of paid continuing education time.

Multiple career pathways: clinical excellence and leadership.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care

Deliver hands-on, patient centered treatment and education

Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes

Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)

Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
