Job description
New Grad Friendly | Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week
Base Salary: $90,000–$100,000
Total Compensation: $95,000–$120,000, based on experience, certifications, bonuses, and performance incentives

Eligible PTs can choose $50,000 in student loan repayment assistance or a $30,000 retention bonus paid over four years .

What You'll Do
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide hands-on physical therapy and therapeutic exercise
Educate patients on their condition, treatment plan, and home exercises
Communicate with physicians and other members of the care team
Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress accurately
Collaborate with other clinicians to provide exceptional patient care
Build strong relationships with patients and help them reach their goals
What We're Looking For
Active or in-progress state Physical Therapist license
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent
Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Patient-first mindset
Desire to learn, grow, and develop as a clinician
