Job description
Adventist Health in Clearlake, CA is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for outpatient rehab. You will administer standard PT treatments to relieve pain, restore motor function, and optimize performance, under limited supervision.
The role requires a CA license (or eligibility), active BLS, and 1–2 years of related experience. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, manage patient assessments and plan treatments, and participate in regular case conferences.
