Job description
Focused Post Acute Care Partners FPACP in Baytown, TX is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate patients and develop treatment programs in collaboration with physicians.
You will administer therapeutic exercises, modalities, and educate patients and caregivers on activities of daily living, while supervising any assigned Physical Therapy Assistant and coordinating with the Rehab Director. This role emphasizes ethical practice, teamwork, and adherence to state and federal regulations.
