Job description
Pioneer Care and Rehab in Dillon, MT is seeking a Physical Therapist to lead patient-focused rehabilitation programs. You will design individualized treatment plans, perform therapies to improve mobility, and collaborate with an in-house therapy team within an 87-bed skilled nursing setting.
Responsibilities include patient assessments, documentation, and discharge planning. Mentoring PTA staff and ensuring compliance with regulations are part of the role.
