South Pacific Rehab Services in Palm Desert, CA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. You will assess and treat patients, craft personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to drive outcomes.
