nPosition: Physical Therapist Float
nLocation: Passaic County
nSchedule: Monday-Friday full-time 40 hours weekly
nCompensation: $86,000-$110,000 annually depending on years of experience
n**** up to a $15,000 sign on bonus****

n nResponsibilities
nResponsibilities of the Physical Therapist (PT) :
nnnPerforms comprehensive evaluations, develops and appropriately progresses individualized treatment plans.
n
nnProvides thorough education to patients and caregivers in a manner they can understand, and plans appropriately for discharge when medical necessity no longer indicates skilled therapeutic care.
n
nnParticipates in departmental initiatives and demonstrates effective communication with all rehab team members.
n
nnFacilitates professional growth, development and overall improvement of departmental performance.
n
nnPerforms other professional duties associated with the care of the patient, development of discipline-specific therapy services, and design of program delivery.
n
n nQualifications
nnnMust be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
n
nnValid New Jersey State Physical Therapy License/ Registration REQUIRED to start.
n
nnPrior experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred; entry level/New Grad acceptable
n
