nPhysical Therapist (PT) -Float
nSalary: $75,000 - $100,000 annually, based on years of experience.
nThis is a full time position that will be based out of the Collinsville clinic but float within the metro East clinics.

n nResponsibilities
nResponsibilities:
nnnEvaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plan in accordance with the patient's need and physician direction
n
nnResponsible for delegation and direction of all discipline specific therapy services for those assigned patients
n
nnEnsures design of functional treatment programs allowing for effective return to community activities
n
nnServes as an educator of patients, families, students, coworkers and self
n
nnPerforms other professional duties associated with the care of the patient, development of discipline specific therapy services and design of program delivery
n
n nQualifications
nMinimum Qualifications:
nnnBachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
n
nnCurrent and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
n
nnCardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
n
