Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a full-time Physical Therapist Floater to provide compassionate, high-quality care across multiple skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. In this traveling onsite role, you will evaluate residents, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, safety, and independence for geriatric and sub-acute populations. You’ll collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, document care accurately, and support coverage needs across partner sites while benefiting from strong clinical support, professional growth, and leadership development opportunities in a collaborative, patient-focused culture.
