nClinic Details:
nOur physical therapy center in Fort Wayne, IN is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist who is a motivated self‑starter and passionate about growing professionally through mentorship and continued learning. As part of our dynamic outpatient orthopedic team, you'll treat a diverse caseload spanning all ages and diagnoses, including acute and chronic conditions, post‑operative patients, vestibular and concussion rehab, neurological conditions, sports performance, and more.
n1:1 mentorship provided for all new graduates!
nCompensation:
nnnSalary starting at $75,000 up to $105,000 (Commensurate with experience)

nnUp to $20,000 Sign On Bonus

nnMileage Reimbursement between clinics provided

n nLocation: Join our Fort Wayne team! This role includes working at our Lima Road, Dupont Road, and Maysville Road locations, with travel between sites as needed. Mileage reimbursement provided.

nResponsibilities
nnnComplete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
n
nnEvaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
n
nnMaintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
n
nnAttend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
n
n nQualifications
nnnDegree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
n
nnCurrent State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
n
nnCPR certification
