nPosition Overview
nWe are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions. You will develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and educate patients and families on injury prevention and wellness strategies.
nResponsibilities
nEvaluate and treat patients with a musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions
nProvide evidence-based orthopedic and sports therapy services
nSupport sports performance enhancement and injury prevention programs
nDevelop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans to support recovery and long term wellness
nMonitor patient progress and adjust interventions to ensure optimal outcomes
nCollaborate with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
nEducate patients and their families on treatment plans, wellness strategies, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
nMaintain accurate, timely, and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and practice standards
nQualifications:
nDoctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
nCurrent Virginia Physical Therapist license
nExperience in outpatient, orthopedic, neurological, or sports therapy preferred
nStrong clinical assessment, treatment, and patient education skills
nExcellent communication and teamwork abilities
nCompensation & Benefits:
n$80-$110K Annual Salary with productivity bonus potential.
