$90K-$150K + Productivity Bonus | Full Benefits | Outpatient Setting
We are urgently hiring a Physical Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary practice in Fredericksburg, VA . This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established patient base while treating a diverse mix of orthopedic, musculoskeletal, neurological, sports, and vestibular conditions .
For more than 10 years, our practice has provided comprehensive care to the Fredericksburg community. You'll work alongside a collaborative team offering physical therapy, occupational therapy, pain management, podiatry, and other integrated services.
What You'll Do
* Evaluate and treat orthopedic, musculoskeletal, neurological, sports, and vestibular conditions
* Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
* Provide orthopedic and sports rehabilitation
* Support injury prevention and sports performance programs
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
* Educate patients on home exercise, wellness, and injury prevention
* Collaborate with our multidisciplinary healthcare team
* Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Qualifications
* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
* Current Virginia Physical Therapist license
* Outpatient, orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, or sports therapy experience preferred

* $90,000-$150,000 with productivity bonus potential
