Physical Therapist Fredericksburg VA
Urgently Hiring
$90K-$150K + Productivity Bonus | Full Benefits | Outpatient Setting
We are urgently hiring a Physical Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary practice in Fredericksburg, VA . This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established patient base while treating a diverse mix of orthopedic, musculoskeletal, neurological, sports, and vestibular conditions .
For more than 10 years, our practice has provided comprehensive care to the Fredericksburg community. You'll work alongside a collaborative team offering physical therapy, occupational therapy, pain management, podiatry, and other integrated services.
What You'll Do
Evaluate and treat orthopedic, musculoskeletal, neurological, sports, and vestibular conditions
Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Provide orthopedic and sports rehabilitation
Support injury prevention and sports performance programs
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
Educate patients on home exercise, wellness, and injury prevention
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary healthcare team
Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
Current Virginia Physical Therapist license
Outpatient, orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, or sports therapy experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits $90,000-$150,000 with productivity bonus potential
