$80k-120k annual salary + incentive-based bonus

board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeons delivering personalized, high-quality care
across 18 locations in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. Our team specializes in sports
medicine, joint replacement, arthroscopy, work-related injuries, and advanced orthopedic care,
partnering closely with patients to help them return to an active, pain-free lifestyle.
About the Role:
Precision Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to support patient
rehabilitation across our orthopedic clinics. This role focuses on evaluating patients, developing
individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy in a collaborative,
patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals
• Deliver hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
• Document care plans, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical team members to ensure coordinated care
• Adjust treatment strategies based on patient progress
Qualifications
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Current state Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
• Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation or sports medicine preferred
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient education skills
