nPay: $52.00 / hour
n$5000 Sign-on Bonus for Full Time Physical Therapist! ( Bonus paid in installments; eligibility and repayment terms apply.)

nJOB SUMMARY:
nnnManage the professional components of Physical Therapy evaluations and treatments
n
nnAssess and evaluate residents and establish goals and plans.
n
nnRe-evaluate goals and treatment plans in accordance with New York State code.
n
nnDocument required medical record progress notes per NYS code.
n
nnMakes recommendation to Director and/or Physician on resident response to treatment.
n
nnProvide input as a member of the Comprehensive Care Planning Team.
n
nnOversee Physical Therapy Assistants and Physical Therapy Aides
n
nnAttend mandatory in-services and provide Physical Therapy in-services as needed.
n
n nQUALIFICATIONS:
nnnCompletion of a Physical Therapy program
n
nnValid New York State Physical Therapy license
n
