Job description
We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You'll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they're recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
* Active Maryland PT license required to start the position.
* BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
* Home health experience preferred. Experience providing home visits across Charles, St. Mary's, and Calvert counties is desirable.
* Ability to maintain a schedule of minimum five patient visits per day between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. Typical travel time between visits should be less than 10-15 minutes.
* Willingness to work one Saturday per quarter as scheduled.
* Experience with or willingness to use MatrixCare EMR.
* Open to new graduates. Customized training is provided based on candidate experience.
* Client is open to hiring a PTA to fill the full-time clinical need. PTAs should be able to complete approximately six visits per day in this role.
