Job description
Physical Therapist
We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You'll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they're recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Willingness to work Days shift with M-F flexible hours and 4x10-hour scheduling options.
Experience or comfort treating general orthopedic conditions across the lifespan, ages 5+ through 90+.
Ability to complete 1-hour evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups in a 1:1 care model, managing a typical daily caseload of ~13–14 patients on a 10-hour day.
Comfort using Empower EMR, including AI transcription and dictation features.
Ability to collaborate effectively, manage difficult situations, and act as a mediator with patients and team members.
Open to new graduates and clinicians with less than three years of experience.
For candidates interested in leadership, willingness to assume Clinic Director responsibilities, including initial oversight of one aide and future growth to a team of clinicians, aides, and front desk staff.
