We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time or part-time role with an established home health agency in Santa Maria, CA. You will help patients move better, feel better, and stay active-whether they are recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
Active California Physical Therapy license required or ability to obtain a California license. Leadership is willing to wait for candidates needing a California license.
Home health experience preferred. New graduates and clinicians will be considered.
BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
Ability to manage a travel commitment within the Santa Maria area.
Position Details: Home Health Physical Therapy need in Santa Maria
Paid per visit model + hourly with clinician autonomy. Four-day workweek may be available for full-time clinicians.
