Job description
Department: Physical Therapy - In-patient Rehab with flexibility to cover Acute Care if needed
n$5000 Sign on bonus, based on eligibility
nSchedule: Full Time, 5 days - 8 hour shifts, Rotating weekends & major holidays
nEvaluates and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs.
nResponsibilities:
nnnPerforms initial and on-going assessments of patient's condition.
n
nnEstablishes, revises and evaluates a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient/family.
n
nnPerforms therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient.
n
nnOversees activities of physical therapy assistants, students and other support personnel.
n
n nEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
nnPhysical Therapist bachelor degree with 5 years of experience OR Master’s/Doctorate degree acquired from a Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) accredited program
n nCERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:
nnnCurrent State of Michigan licensure. Will consider those who will be licensed within 30 days of applying.

nnCurrent CPR certification (or obtain within 90 days of hire)
