Physical Therapist
Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Gainesville, FL. This role focuses on delivering exceptional care within a Rehab Unit, where you will apply your skills in patient evaluations, ADLs, transfers, and functional training. Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:
Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans
Conduct ADLs, transfers, and functional training
Provide family and patient education
Engage in gait training and therapeutic exercises
Document care in Meditech (Expanse) system
Requirements of the Physical Therapist:
Valid BLS certification
Previous SNF experience is advantageous
