Job description
Dunkirk Rehabilitation and Nursing Center- is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time day shift in Dunkirk, NY. You will screen residents, conduct evaluations, and establish individualized plans of care per physician orders.
Responsibilities include administering therapy modalities, adapting plans to resident progress, documenting outcomes, supervising assistants, and coordinating with nursing staff on mobility and ROM needs. Strong Medicare/Medicaid knowledge is valued.
