Job description
The Grove at Valhalla Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to assess and treat patients in a long-term care setting. You will design and manage therapy programs, document progress, and supervise assistants under a physician's direction.
Eligibility includes graduation from an accredited PT program and a current license. Strong documentation, teamwork and patient-centered care are essential in this role.
