nPosition: Physical Therapist - Outpatient
nLocation: 4344 W. Bell Road, Glendale, AZ 85308
nIncentives: $20,000 Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment
nSchedule: Full-TimeMonday - Friday, including 3 days until 6 PM
nCompensation: Salaried, starting at $80,000 and up, commensurate with experience, PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Indefinite Student Loan Repayment Program

n nResponsibilities
nnnComplete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
n
nnEvaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
n
nnMaintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
n
nnAttend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
n
n nQualifications
nnnDegree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited school
n
nnCurrent state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
n
nnCPR certification
n
