nOutpatient Physical Therapist
nLocation: 3600 N. Verdugo Rd, Ste 305, Glendale, CA 91208
nSchedule: Monday-Friday, with flexible scheduling options, including 4x10 or 5x8 shifts
nCompensation: $90K-$100K/year(based on experience)

nResponsibilities
nnnComplete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
n
nnEvaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
n
nnMaintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
n
nnAttend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
n
n nQualifications
nnnDegree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
n
nnCurrent State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
n
nnCPR certification
n
