nLocation: 750 W. Route 66, Ste N, Glendora, CA 91740
nSchedule: Monday-Friday
nCompensation: $87K-$99K/year (based on experience)
nIncentives: $20K Sign-On Bonus + Unlimited Monthly Student Loan Repayment Assistance
nOur beautiful outpatient physical therapy center in Glendora is seeking a compassionate, motivated licensed Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care experiences. nResponsibilities
nnnComplete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
n
nnEvaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
n
nnMaintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
n
nnAttend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
n
n nQualifications
nnnDegree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
n
nnCurrent State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
n
nnCPR certification
n
