$95,000 starting annual salary for new grads, up to $150,000 annual salary depending on experience!
This is a full-time position that will provide service to patients in the west valley

Key Responsibilities
Develop and update individualized care plans
Provide physical therapy services per physician's plan of care
Assess functional status, mobility, and home environment
Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and equipment
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress to physicians
Requirements
Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Arizona
Degree from a CAPTE-accredited program; passed state-approved exam
Current CPR certification
Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
