Job description
A reputable healthcare facility is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional therapy services in a hospital environment. This contract opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule with no weekend or holiday shifts required. The ideal candidate is experienced with EPIC documentation and committed to delivering high-quality patient care within an interdisciplinary team setting.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
Holiday rotation not required
No weekend or holiday shifts
Qualifications: Current license as a Physical Therapist
Demonstrated experience in a hospital or acute care setting
Proficient with EPIC electronic medical records system
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to contribute to multidisciplinary care planning and execution
CPR certification and relevant continuing education preferred
Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate therapy interventions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs and functional goals
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to optimize patient outcomes
Document evaluations, plans, and progress notes accurately using EPIC
Educate patients and families on therapy programs, home exercises, and safe mobility techniques
Monitor, evaluate, and adjust treatment plans in response to patient progress
Maintain compliance with institutional and regulatory standards for therapy documentation and care delivery

$1,912 - $2,022/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
