Job description
FOX Rehabilitation seeks a Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based geriatric rehab in patients’ homes and senior living communities. Evaluate, plan, and deliver functional, goal-oriented interventions to older adults, focusing on mobility, balance, fall prevention, and safety. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document care accurately.
