Job description
Synchrony is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide a full range of physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment.
You will conduct thorough assessments, develop personalized treatment plans with exercises and modalities, educate patients and families, and maintain compliant documentation. Licensure and CPR certification are required or preferred; 0–1 years of experience is acceptable.
