Job description
Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our therapy team in skilled nursing facilities. You will provide PT services, evaluation, treatment planning, and discharge planning, while collaborating with facility staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
We support clinical ladder advancement, continuing education, and a strong leadership team with decades of experience. Valid PT license required; experience in SNF settings preferred.
