Job description
Water’s Edge Rehab and Nursing Center at Port Jefferson is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to assess patients, develop treatment plans, and oversee PTAs in a long-term care setting. You will document progress, educate families, and work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
The role requires graduation from an accredited PT program, active NY licensure, and a commitment to confidentiality and timely documentation.
