Job description
Reliant Rehabilitation seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services to patients across facilities, following Reliant standards and best PT practices. You will screen patients, develop and implement treatment plans, discharge when appropriate, and coordinate with care teams.
You will maintain professional conduct, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and support ongoing clinical leadership within the program.
