Job description
Reliant Rehabilitation is a leading rehab therapy provider delivering physical therapy services in skilled nursing facilities. As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients, create and adjust treatment plans, and coordinate discharge planning while maintaining professional interactions with facilities and clients.
You will supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, ensure compliance with state practice acts and OBRA guidelines, and collaborate with managers and therapists to advance clinical skills.
