Job description
Reliant Rehabilitation in Hillsboro, TX, is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive therapy services in SNF settings. You will develop and implement treatment plans, evaluate patients, and coordinate discharge planning while ensuring high standards of care.
You will supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, maintain regulatory compliance, and contribute to ongoing professional development through our education programs.
