Job description
Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide therapy services in skilled nursing facilities, developing and adjusting treatment plans, and ensuring high-quality patient care. The role includes discharge planning, supervising PTAs and Rehab Techs, and maintaining compliance with regulations.
Candidates should be a graduate of an APTA-accredited program with a valid state license and proficiency in clinical documentation.
