nJob Description
nWe are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and enhance their quality of life through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
nnnConduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

nnPerform manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises
n
nnAssess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
n
nnDocument patient care activities, progress, and treatment outcomes
n
nnCollaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
n
nnEducate patients and caregivers about treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention
n
nnMaintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare standards
n
nnUtilize state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment and techniques
n
nnMonitor and ensure patient safety during therapy sessions
n
nnParticipate in team meetings and care coordination discussions
n
n nQualifications
nnnCurrent Physical Therapist license in Maryland
n
nnStrong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and rehabilitation protocols
n
nnExcellent assessment and diagnostic skills
n
nnProven experience in developing and implementing treatment plans
n
nnProficiency in documentation and electronic health records (EHR)
n
nnStrong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
n
nnKnowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance
n
nnOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills
n
nnAbility to work collaboratively in a healthcare team environment
n
nnPhysical stamina and dexterity to assist patients with exercises and movements
n
nnDemonstrated commitment to patient-centered care
n
nnStrong problem-solving and analytical abilities
n
nnExcellent time management and organizational skills
n
n nAdditional Information
nThe anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000 -$90,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
