Job description
LOCATION: Hayesville, NC CLIENT: Aveanna Healthcare SETTING: HH (adults and geriatric patients) START DATE: ASAP GUARANTEE: 40 ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: 13-17 weeks REQUESTED EXPERIENCE: HH (OASIS starts) and HCHB exp required** STAFF: Join therapy team EMR: OASIS and HCHM CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING: Productivity expectation is 30 points per week (40 hours). Could see anywhere from 3-6 patients a day, give or take. SCHEDULE: M-F ADDITIONAL INFO: Delta TOA here w/ good experiences.
IRS Mileage is between client visits only. Doesn't include from home to first visit and last visit to home.
All overtime must be pre-approved by management. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: HH, OASIS and HCHM exp. RTO. COVID VACCINE REQUIRED? Exemption accepted TAKE HOME: BILL RATE: $80-85 (DOE). Possibly a little wiggle room.
