This position will begin as a PRN facility-based role , providing one-on-one physical therapy services to an established patient population at a single location.

As the caseload grows, we plan to introduce community-based patients in Hightstown and surrounding areas , creating the opportunity for this position to develop into a Part-Time role .

This is an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist who wants to get involved in a growing territory early and potentially expand their caseload over time.

What You'll Do:

As a Physical Therapist with Stern at Home Therapy, you'll initially evaluate and treat patients at a single facility in Hightstown.

As community referrals are introduced, you'll have the opportunity to expand your caseload by treating patients in their homes throughout the surrounding area.

Responsibilities include:

As the Hightstown territory grows and we add community patients , you may have the opportunity to transition into a Part-Time position.

Part-Time - Minimum 10 Patients:

W-2 $65 per follow-up visit in the community and $55 in the facility.

$75 per 4-unit evaluation.

Growth Opportunity:

This position is designed to grow alongside our Hightstown patient population.

You'll initially have the convenience of treating patients at one facility , providing a centralized and consistent starting caseload. As Stern develops additional referrals in the surrounding community, you'll have the option to take on community patients and increase your overall volume.

This provides the opportunity to progress from:

PRN Facility Caseload → Facility + Community Caseload → Part-Time Opportunity.
