FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist in Beaverton, OR to provide evidence-based geriatric care in patients’ homes and senior living communities. Evaluate, develop, and implement functional treatment plans focused on mobility, fall prevention, and independence. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and document care accurately.
